Product description

Aluminized zinc steel plate is an important alloy material often used in daily life. The surface of aluminized zinc plate is unique smooth, flat and gorgeous star flower, and the base color is silver white. Special coating structure makes it have excellent corrosion resistance. Aluminized zinc plate has a normal service life of up to 25 years. It has good heat resistance and can be used in high temperature environment of 315℃. Coating and paint film adhesion is good, has good processing performance, can be stamping, cutting, welding, etc.; Surface conductivity is good.

The coating composition consists of 55% Aluminum and 43.4% Zinc and 1.6% Silicon by weight ratio, respectively. The production process of aluminized zinc plate is similar to that of galvanized steel plate and aluminized plate, which is continuous melting coating process. The 55% Al-Zinc-coated al-zinc-plated steel plate has better corrosion resistance than the galvanized steel plate of the same thickness when both sides are exposed to the same environment. The 55% Al-Zinc-coated Al-Zinc-coated steel plate not only has good corrosion resistance, but also has excellent adhesion and flexibility.

Because the steel plate will produce oxidation corrosion when affected by moisture, it is necessary to add an anticorrosive protective layer on the surface. Generally, the anticorrosive coating is divided into hot dip galvanized Zinc and hot dip aluminum zinc alloy Al-Zn(aluminum zinc alloy composition is 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc and 1.5% silicon, referred to as 55%Al-Zn). Data show that 55% aluminum zinc coating comprehensive anticorrosion ability for the same thickness of zinc 4 times.

The anticorrosion coating of the base material of general molded steel plate (pit plate) shall not be less than hot dip galvanized 350g/㎡(Z35) or hot dip aluminum zinc 185 g/㎡(AZ185), The minimum hot-dip Zinc/Galvanizing specification for cold-rolled steel and floor slab of building structure is 275 g/㎡(Z27), and the requirement for exposed coastal parts is 350g/㎡(Z35).

Features:

1. Thermal reflectivity:

Aluminium-zinc steel plate has a high thermal reflectivity, twice that of galvanized steel plate, and is often used as an insulating material.

2. Heat resistance:

Aluminum zinc alloy steel plate has good heat resistance, can withstand the high temperature of more than 300 degrees Celsius, and aluminum plated steel plate high temperature oxidation resistance is very similar, often used in chimney tubes, ovens, illuminators and solar lampshades.

3. Corrosion resistance:

The corrosion resistance of aluminium-zinc steel coil is mainly due to aluminum, aluminum protection function. As the zinc wears away, the aluminum forms a dense layer of aluminum oxide that prevents corrosion resistance from further corroding the interior.

4. Economy:

Because the density of 55% Al-Zn is lower than that of Zn, the area of aluminized zinc plate is more than 3% larger than that of galvanized steel plate under the condition of the same weight and the same thickness of gold plating.

5 Easy to paint:

The aluminized zinc plate has excellent adhesion to the paint and can be painted without pretreatment and weathering. The coating adhesion of the gold layer of aluminum zinc plate is excellent, so it can be directly coated on advertising board or general use board without pretreatment.

Galvanized plate and Aluminum Zinc plate difference:

Galvanized plate and galvanized plate mainly lies in the difference between the coating, galvanized plate surface evenly distributed a layer of zinc material, the base metal plays an anode protection role, that is to say, zinc material substitution corrosion protection of the use of the base metal, only when all the zinc corrosion can be damaged to the inside of the base metal.
