Product description

Steel structure is a structure composed of steel materials and is one of the main architectural structure types.  The structure is mainly composed of steel beams, steel columns, steel trusses and other components made of section steel and steel plate, and adopts silanization, pure manganese phosphating, washing drying, galvanizing and other rust removal and rust prevention processes.  Welding seams, bolts or rivets are usually used to connect each member or component.  Because of its light weight and simple construction, it is widely used in large factories, stadiums, super high buildings and other fields.  Steel structure is easy to rust, the general steel structure to rust, galvanized or coating, and to regular maintenance.  

Steel is characterized by high strength, light dead weight, good overall stiffness and strong resistance to deformation, so it is particularly suitable for building large span and super high, super heavy buildings.  The material has good homogeneity and isotropy, and is an ideal elastomer, which accords with the basic assumption of general engineering mechanics.  Material plasticity, good toughness, can have large deformation, can bear dynamic load well;  Short construction period;  Its high degree of industrialization, can carry out high degree of mechanization of specialized production.  

High strength steel should be studied to improve the yield point strength of steel structure greatly.  In addition to rolling new types of steel, such as H-shaped steel (also known as wide flange steel) and T-shaped steel and profiled steel plate to meet the needs of large span structure and super high-rise buildings.  

In addition, there is no thermal bridge light steel structure system, the building itself is not energy saving, this technology with clever special connectors to solve the problem of building cold and hot bridge;  The small truss structure makes the cable and water pipe pass through the wall, and the construction and decoration are convenient.  

Features:

1. High material strength and light weight

Steel has high strength and elastic modulus. Compared with concrete and wood, the ratio of its density and yield strength is relatively low, so under the same stress condition, the component section of steel structure is small, light weight, easy to transport and installation, suitable for large span, high height, heavy bearing structure.

2, steel toughness, good plasticity, uniform material, high structural reliability

Suitable for bearing impact and dynamic load, with good seismic performance. The internal structure of steel is uniform and nearly isotropic. The actual working performance of steel structure accords with the calculation theory. So the reliability of steel structure is high.

3, steel structure manufacturing and installation of high degree of mechanization

Steel structural components are easy to be manufactured in factories and assembled on site. The factory mechanized manufacturing steel structure components finished products of high precision, high production efficiency, site assembly speed, short construction period. Steel structure is one of the most industrialized structures.

4. Good sealing performance of steel structure

Because the welded structure can be completely sealed, it can be made into high pressure vessels with good air tightness and water tightness, large oil pools, pressure pipelines and so on.

5, the steel structure is heat resistant and not fire resistant

When the temperature is below 150℃, the steel properties change little. Therefore, steel structure is suitable for thermal workshop, but when the surface of the structure is subjected to thermal radiation of about 150℃, the heat insulation board should be used to protect it. The temperature is between 300℃ and 400℃. The strength and elastic modulus of steel decrease significantly, and the strength of steel tends to zero when the temperature is about 600℃. In buildings with special fire protection requirements, steel structures must be protected with refractory materials to improve fire resistance grade.

6. Poor corrosion resistance of steel structure

Especially in humid and corrosive medium environment, easy to rust. General steel structure to rust, galvanized or coating, and to regular maintenance. For the structure of offshore platform in seawater, special measures such as "zinc block anode protection" should be adopted to prevent corrosion.

7, low carbon, energy saving, green environmental protection, reusable

The demolition of steel structures produces almost no construction waste and the steel can be recycled.
