7. Main features of galvanized production line:
High configuration level, mature process, can meet the user's high yield, high quality requirements. Adopt self-developed continuous annealing furnace, air knife, stretching bending and flattening machine and four silver hydraulic pressure glazing machine to ensure plating
Zinc plate zinc layer adhesion, uniform thickness, flat plate shape, good surface quality and mechanical properties, machine transport
Line stability, low energy consumption. It can design GI, GL, GA, GF and other varieties and specifications of cold rolling and hot rolling plate plating
Zinc production line. Advanced and reliable process, can use improved Senjimil hot dip galvanizing process or full radiation tube heating.
Hot dip galvanizing process.
Production line equipment configuration has the following characteristics:
(1) With the United States steel galvanized process, electrolytic degreasing technology is adopted at the entrance of the production line to ensure that the strip steel.
Cleaning quality lays a solid foundation for good coating adhesion and surface quality.
(2) Three sets of automatic deviation correction devices are used in the inlet looper and the furnace inlet to ensure that the strip is in alignment and annealed
Furnace, ensure the process section high-speed, continuous, stable operation.
(3) The thermal tension series is set in the outlet section of the furnace, which can realize the piecewise closed-loop control of the tension in the process section.
It guarantees the stable operation of production line and the quality of coating.
(4) Adopt advanced vertical digger coating purification technology, accurately control the thickness of purification film, improve the purification effect and shrink
Shorten the length of the production line while reducing pollution and simplifying production operations.
(5) Import professional company detection and control system is adopted for deviation rectification to ensure effective control of the running rails of strip steel
To improve the reliability and operation rate of the unit.
