Aluminum profile features:

1, corrosion resistance:

Aluminum profiles have a density of only 2.7g/cm3, about one-third that of steel, copper, or brass (7.83g/ cm3 and 8.93g/ cm3, respectively). Aluminum exhibits excellent corrosion resistance in most environmental conditions, including air, water (or brine), petrochemical, and many chemical systems.

2. Electrical conductivity:

Aluminum profiles are often chosen because of their excellent electrical conductivity. The electrical conductivity of aluminum is nearly half that of copper, weight equal.

3, Thermal conductivity rate:

The thermal conductivity of aluminium alloys is about 50-60% of that of copper, which is good for heat exchangers, evaporators, heating appliances, cooking utensils, as well as cylinder heads and radiators for cars.

4, Non-ferromagnetic:

Aluminum profiles are non-ferromagnetic, an important characteristic for the electrical and electronic industries. Aluminum profiles are non-flammable, which is important for applications involving handling or contact with flammable and explosive materials.

5, Processability:

The machinability of aluminum profiles is excellent. The machining characteristics of various deformed and cast aluminum alloys, as well as the various states in which these alloys are produced, vary considerably, requiring special machine tools or techniques.

6, Formability:

Specific tensile strength, yield strength, ductility, and corresponding rate of work hardening govern the variation of allowable deformation.

7, Recycling:

Aluminum profile classification:

One. By use:

1. Architectural aluminum profiles (divided into doors, Windows and curtain walls).

2. Aluminum profiles for radiator.

3. General industrial aluminum profile: mainly used for industrial production and manufacturing, such as automatic machinery and equipment, the skeleton of the seal cover and the companies according to their own mechanical equipment requirements customized mold, such as assembly line conveyor belt, elevator, dispensing machine, testing equipment, shelves and so on, electronic machinery industry and clean room with the majority.

4. Aluminum alloy profiles for railway vehicle structure: mainly used in the manufacture of railway vehicle body.

Two, according to the composition of alloy:
