Product description

Aluminium foil , commonly known as tin foil paper, tin foil... Etc., is a tool made of flattened metal aluminum, mainly used in the kitchen for cooking, holding food, or for making some materials that can be simply cleaned. Thousands of tons of aluminum foil are used around the world to protect and wrap food, cosmetics and chemicals. Most aluminum foil paper is bright on one side and grey on the other. Aluminum foil for food can be wrapped on both sides of food. It is usually recommended to wrap food with a bright side to improve heat transfer.

Classification:

According to the thickness:

Aluminum foil can be divided into thick foil, single zero foil and double zero foil according to the thickness difference.

Thick foil:

① the thickness of 0.1 ~ 0.2mm foil.

② Single zero foil: the thickness of 0.01mm and less than 0.1mm/foil.

③ Double zero foil: the so-called double zero foil is in its thickness in mm as the unit of measurement after the decimal point of two zero foil, usually thickness less than 0.01 aluminum foil, that is, 0.005~0.009mm aluminum foil. In English, thick foil is called "heavy gauge foil", single zero foil is called "medium gauge foil" and double zero foil is called "light gauge foil". Sometimes in foreign countries, the aluminum foil with thickness ≤40ltm is called light Gauge foil, while the thickness > gt; 40BTM aluminum foil is collectively called heavy Gauge foil.

According to the shape:

Aluminum foil can be divided into roll aluminum foil and sheet aluminum foil by shape. Most of the deeply processed wool of aluminum foil is supplied in roll form, and only a few cases of handicraft packaging are used in sheet aluminum foil.

Aluminum foil can be divided into hard foil, semi-hard foil and soft foil according to the state.

(1) Hard foil: after rolling without softening treatment (annealing) aluminum foil, without degreasing treatment, the surface is not residual. Therefore, the hard foil must be degreased before printing, laminating and coating, and can be used directly if used for forming.

(2) semi-hard foil: aluminum foil hardness (or strength) between hard foil and soft foil foil, usually used for forming processing.

Soft foil: aluminum foil softened by full annealing after rolling, soft material, no residual oil on the surface. At present, most applications, such as packaging, composite, electrical materials, etc., are using soft foils.

According to the surface condition:

Aluminum foil can be divided into one - sided aluminum foil and two - sided aluminum foil according to the surface state.

(1) single light aluminum foil: double rolled aluminum foil, rolling after a bright, black face, such aluminum foil is called a light aluminum foil. The thickness of a light foil usually does not exceed o. 025mm.

(2) double-sided aluminum foil: single rolled aluminum foil, two pictures and roller contact, both sides of aluminum foil because of the roller surface roughness is different and divided into mirror two surface aluminum foil and ordinary two surface aluminum foil. The thickness of two surface light aluminum foil is generally not less than 0.01mm.

According to the processing state:

Aluminum foil can be divided into plain foil, embossed foil, composite foil, coating foil, coloring foil and printing foil according to the added state.

① Plain foil: rolled without any other processing of aluminum foil, also known as light foil.

② Embossed foil: aluminum foil with various patterns on the surface.

③ composite foil: the aluminum foil and paper, plastic film, cardboard fit in the formation of composite aluminum foil.

④ Coating foil: aluminum foil coated with all kinds of resin or paint on the surface.

⑤ Colored aluminum foil: aluminum foil coated with a single color on the surface. ⑥ Printing aluminum foil: through printing on the surface to form a variety of patterns, patterns, words or pictures of aluminum foil, can be a color, up to 12 colors.

Soft aluminum foil can also be further pressed into 40 foil, used for high-grade decoration.

According to the application:

According to the application, aluminum foil mainly includes packaging aluminum foil (food, drug packaging) decorative aluminum foil, mechanical and electrical equipment aluminum foil (transformer aluminum foil, etc.), beer sealing foil, cigarette foil, household aluminum foil, etc.

Aluminum foil industry advantages:

Advantages of carbon coated aluminum foil in lithium battery application:

1. Inhibit battery polarization, reduce thermal effect and improve rate performance;

2. Reduce battery internal resistance, and significantly reduce the increase of dynamic internal resistance in the cycle process;

3. Improve consistency and increase battery cycle life;

4. Improve the adhesion between the active substance and the collector, and reduce the manufacturing cost of the pole sheet;

5. Protect the collector fluid from corrosion by the electrolyte;

6. Improve the processing performance of lithium iron phosphate and lithium titanate materials.

Double-sided thickness of coating: 4 ~ 6μm for style A, 2 ~ 3μm for style B.

Conductive coating:

It is a breakthrough technological innovation to use functional coating to surface treatment of battery conductive substrate. Carbon foil/copper foil coating is to evenly and finely coat aluminum foil/copper foil with dispersed nano conductive graphite and carbon coated particles. It can provide excellent static conductivity, collect the micro current of active material, thus can greatly reduce the contact resistance between positive/negative materials and collector, and can improve the adhesion between the two, can reduce the amount of binder used, so that the overall performance of the battery has a significant improvement. The coating is divided into water (aqueous system) and oil (organic solvent system) two types.
