The cold-rolled continuous hot-dip galvanized thin steel sheet and steel strip with thickness of 0.25~2.5mm are firstly burned off the residual oil on the surface through a preheating furnace heated by flame, and the iron oxide film is generated on the surface. Then the steel strip is heated to 710~920℃ in a reduction annealing furnace containing H2 and N2 mixture to reduce the iron oxide film to sponge iron. After the surface activated and purified strip is cooled to a temperature slightly higher than that of molten zinc, it is put into a zinc pot at 450~460℃, and the surface thickness of zinc layer is controlled by an air knife. Finally, chromate solution passivation treatment to improve the resistance to white rust.
